CHERRY BUILDING

Hood County News Centennial Edition - Sept. 23, 1971

The building known as the old Cherry Drug Building was built by E.H. Morgan. W.H. Cherry and sons leased the building for many years, and then it was sold to Mr. McKinney. The Cherry Brothers purchased the building from McKinney and operated the drug store there for several years. It was then sold to Norman Strain and is occupied by Denman Tile and Carpet Company now.
